C.01 Design Date | 2 Hour Consultation | $497+HST by E-Transfer

All new projects, whether they are for renovations or a refresh, begin with a 2-Hour Preliminary Project Consultation so that we can assess the project in person and determine how we can best serve you.

Design Date | 2 Hour Consultation | Fee $497 + HST

This on-site consultation will give us the opportunity to spend up to 2 hours with you, walking through your space to develop an understanding your goals + desires while brainstorming ideas and offering input.
For Room Refreshes: If you are looking to refresh a room with new furniture and decor and want help making decisions and honing in on your own personal style, this is the place to start. During our 2-hour Design Date, we will get as far as we can within the allotted time frame, with you beside us to give us feedback on your likes and dislikes in real time. We will begin to develop a project project board together, which you can run with yourself, or you can choose to engage us for further.
For Renovation Projects: If you are entertaining the renovation of any room in your home, we will use this time to review your space planning, storage and style struggles and brainstorm ideas that we will begin to capture in a customized Project Board. We will also capture preliminary measurements of all rooms in the project scope so we can prepare a Preliminary Scope of Design + Construction Proposal that includes a Preliminary Project Estimate with a Design Fee Proposal, to be presented via a follow-up video call within 10 business days after our visit, along with an an "as built" floor plan in PDF format that you can use for any purpose.

Follow Up Engagement:

After our initial consultation we can continue to work together in one of 3 ways:

• Designer Advice - additional short term consultations on an as-needed basis
• ProjectRx (DesignRx, Decor Rx) - detailed planning for renovations and/or decor projects
• Design Deliverance - Turnkey Project Implementation
